Clear rules for sharing
Terms and conditions
The terms governing accounts, deliveries, plans and the contractual relationship with TideFold.
01
Parties and acceptance
These terms form the contract between [[LEGAL NAME]], the TideFold operator, and the person or organisation creating an account, purchasing a plan or using a registered feature. You confirm that you can enter into this contract and can bind any organisation you represent.
02
The service
TideFold creates file deliveries with version history, stable links, selected recipients and updates. Recipients download authorised content; they do not receive editing rights. A file request permits uploads to the stated destination but never access to existing content.
03
Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You may not infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, facilitate fraud or bypass technical or commercial controls.
04
Your files, links and retention
You retain ownership and responsibility for your files and confirm that you may process and share them. You grant TideFold a limited, non-exclusive and temporary permission to host, verify, encrypt, transmit and delete content only as needed to operate and protect the service.
Transfers become unavailable when they expire, are revoked or deleted. Technical deletion and recovery periods may apply. Before closing an account, download anything you need to retain.
05
Plans, billing and withdrawal
Plan limits and final prices, taxes and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Stripe processes payment details; TideFold does not store the full card number.
Consumers retain mandatory withdrawal, conformity and refund rights. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period, unless law or the offer provides otherwise.

06
Availability, suspension and liability
Internet and external providers may experience interruptions. We may maintain, limit or suspend the service to address abuse, non-payment, security risk or a legal duty. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
TideFold remains liable as required by law. Users remain responsible for sharing decisions, lawful content and independent copies of critical files. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not limited.
07
Changes, law and contact
Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and a new acceptance will be requested when required. Spanish law applies without displacing mandatory consumer protections. Disputes are submitted to the legally competent bodies after an attempt at direct resolution.
