02

Purpose and scope

This notice applies to the public website and public TideFold surfaces, including sign-in, registration, transfers and file requests. Accounts and paid features are also governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Opening a download or request link does not grant rights over other content or make the visitor a member of the account that created it.

03

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Visitors must use the service lawfully and must not bypass access controls, test another person’s credentials, introduce malicious code, degrade the service or distribute unlawful material.

The TideFold interface, brand, text and code belong to their respective owners. Files uploaded by users remain theirs; TideFold receives only the limited technical rights needed to host, protect and deliver them.

04

Availability and liability

We work to keep TideFold secure and available, but maintenance, supplier incidents and events outside our control may cause interruptions. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

Nothing in this notice excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

05

Security, applicable law and disputes

Report suspected vulnerabilities without accessing other people’s data, disrupting the service or disclosing the issue prematurely. Spanish law applies without displacing mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
